Roll Coater

This machine can coat liquid coating material on both surfaces of an electronic substrate etc. at the same time with special rolls.

POINT
  • Coating efficiency 99% or more (at continuous coating until ink disappears)
  • High ink thickness uniformity (±8% when forming with Dry:25μm on the smooth sheet)
  • Stable quality by digital management of coating tools and parameters
  • Thin panel coating is possible (core thickness ≧ 25μm)
  • Solder mask plugging in PTH and BVH is possible (depending on the aspect ratio of panel thickness and diameter)
  • Full automation system can be constructed by combining with high performance clean oven.

Coating Roll

Precisely processed special roll used in roll coater.

POINT
  • Line-up of rubber and resin materials according to each liquid coating material
  • Grooving of high precision U/V shape is possible from groove pitch Min:100μm
  • Also support special shape machining with 3D laser
  • Available for the contamination prevention by using gearless roll (option)
  • Roll and coating information management is possible by automatic communication with roll coater by attaching an RFID tag etc. to coating roll (option)

Spray Coater

This machine can coat atomized liquid coating material on both surfaces of an electronic substrate etc. by electrostatic effect.

POINT
  • Spray coating can follow the properties of the substrate surface(Securing the ink thickness on thin lines and line edges, PTH openability and BVH plugging performance is good.)
  • Ink thickness control in a wide range is possible only by parameter change without changing coating tools.
  • High productivity and compatibility with a wide range of panel sizes
  • Ink can be switched within 5 minutes by utilizing ink changer
  • Full automation system can be constructed by combining with high performance clean oven.

Oven

This machine can cure electronic substrate etc. after coating by automatic transfer with special transferring jig and mechanism.

POINT
  • Line-up various transporting modes according to request and use, such as Hanging type, Side clamp wicket type, Magazine type, etc.
  • Achieve high temperature uniformity by equalizing the wind velocity distribution in oven.
    (The measured temperature accuracy at 6 points on the panel surface at set temp. : 80℃ is within ± 1.5 ℃)
  • Step-curing is possible by temperature setting for each block.
  • Clean air down blow system using HEPA filter ensures oven inner cleanliness below class:1000.

Loader/Unloader for thin panel

This machine takes out and feeds panel from the special clip magazine, or receives and stores it in the special clip magazine.

POINT
  • By using special clip magazine, it prevents troubles such as scratches, stress, and contamination sticking caused by contact between boards
  • Smooth and precise operation with high accuracy transfer mechanism and position+speed control by robot handling
  • Full automation enables non-contact transfer of products

Robot type Loader/Unloader

This machine uses a multijoint robot to take out and feed panel from the special pallet or L-type rack, or to receive and store the transfered panel in the special pallet or L-type rack.

  • Panel alignment without scratches, stresses, and contamination sticking.

Smart Coating System

This machine can coat liquid coating material on both surfaces of an electronic substrate etc. at the same time with special rolls and cure at low power consumption and space-saving by innovative technology.

POINT
  • Quick curing process by collision jet heating sharply reduces curing time (conventional ratio : 1/30)
  • High productivity per floor space by space-saving design (1/3 compared to conventional-type)
  • Achieved energy saving by low power consumption (1/3 of conventional-type) and low exhaust emissions (1/4 of conventional-type)
